Costs for EuroMeeting 2024 participation is € 400 per person for MainTour.
Costs for the Full Event, including preTour is € 700 per person.
For special few we have only preTour cost is € 450 per person (no Early Bird possible).

Early Bird costs will be  -€ 50 per person off the cost of participation until March 31st 2024.

As always EuroMeeting (MainTour – € 400 per person) costs includes all besides accommodation (meals/drinks/parties/activities).
PreTour includes all, acommodation for 3-6 June 2024.

If you encounter difficulties coming refund is possible only until 1st May.

Costs are the same for members or partners!

A 4% tax charge is put ontop of your payment as transfer fee!

Main Hotel is Kronwell Hotel Brasov**** where AGM Meeting and Gala Diner will take place and we reserved and negotiated special prices (just select in registration form):
€114 / room/ night – single
€144 / room/ night  – double

If you are not a couple you’ll get a place in a room with another Tabler.
